Quick breakdown of a what I wore and ate on a solo day date in Portland this past weekend. Enjoy!
Providore Fine Foods is arguably the most well curated market in all of Portland and if you venture a little further to the back you will find a wine bar you won’t want to skip. I ordered oysters on the half shell, $2.50 each and I get 3, with a glass of white wine labeled crisp and minerally (not a bad pairing if I do say so myself). Tack on free wifi with a small outdoor patio and you can call your afternoon booked.

For the ensemble, the Clyque Tommy pant steals the show with how comfortable and elevated they look, you can dress them up with a going out top or follow my suite with an understated J.Crew white ribbed tank. I added the slim fit Havaiana’s to continue with the understated theme and let the pants stand out. There was a light breeze so I grabbed my go-to men’s J. Crew creckneck in the size medium and my newish Parker Thatch mesh bag in case I did some shopping. Lastly, the By Far Amber bag has reentered my wardrobe rotation and I am always left wondering why I bother switching bags when this silhouette has been my favorite for almost four years now.
Welp, there you have it folks a perfect afternoon date in Portland. See ya!
